Hi Frank - as unfair as the EQAB can be to Doug, I have been faithfully
cataloging Doug's "half fractional elements" and there is a plan to
create/publish the Half Fraction Period Table in the future. We have no
clue how to put the 70+ half fractional elements into a logical table form
but we'll come up with something.

I have also been told that Clumpy & Kloumpios are going to be making
appearance(s) at the IPC APEX conference.
