We use Arathane 5750, 5753, and Uralane 5775, Conap, and several other coatings, and I have never heard of any issues with nitrile gloves. However, we DO enforce throwing away the gloves if contaminated with adhesives and coating materials to prevent contamination on things/areas not intended to be coated.

We use carrier fixtures and encourage handling of the CCA by the edges of the carrier fixtures only. I don't have any issue with an operator throwing away 10 pairs of gloves per day at a cost of about 15 cents a pair or something like that.

That would depend largely on what solvent system and what urethane.  We do not see issues with the urethane we use.
