            Reference:       Oxford, X-Strata, 0.6 mil aperture size (0.015mm)

   Will plated gold surface roughness impact accuracy of measurement,  the same for beam direction, and angle of part on stage.   I have downloaded some articles from the my searches for reference and for understanding.

I want hear from those in the trenches and not so much from vendors that promise the world.
