Hi Guy!

I'm doing great! I'm pretty much healed up since I broke my hip last year.
I'm walking fine, although I do have a slight limp that's getting better
over time. The biggest thing that's happened with me is that I've reversed
my diabetes, I'm off all my diabetes medications and my blood glucose is
normal, and has been for over 6-months. In the process, I've lost over
70-lbs.! Let's see if I can get this Flickr account to work, here's a photo
of me on my knee scooter that I fell from and broke my hip, I was around
233-lbs then:

I've also stopped my blood pressure medication and my statin for
cholesterol.

Just to be clear, I'm not leaving the Technet, it's just that I'm turning
65 this year (Yay! I'm officially going to be a senior!) and I started
looking at all my expenses and decided that my Homestead account use wasn't
justifying the monthly expense of keeping it. That's all...
