I am getting setup to run a quick-turn PCBA built on IMS. Currently I use a ramp to peak with no forced cooling. (My profile looks like a rounded triangle). This is with SnPb solder. Is there anything more that comes into play when soldering with Lead-Free (SAC305) solders on an IMS substrate?
