Hi Ben

I don't know about certified to IPC-4562 but if anyone is it would be 
the Circuit Technology Center - they have been my go-to for this sort of 
stuff.  They can even do oddball custom stuff, I once had to repair some 
radar parts that had a tapered trace, it had corroded off.  Sent them a 
drawing, got a replacement to match.
