Doug,

http://www.xenoncorp.com/markets/uv-curing/ makes a range of UV xenon flash lamps. They might be able to construct what you need. Xenon has some nice features compared to mercury lamps.

Doug,

I don't know of any desktop units that have a larger cure area, but some of the light units easily come off their holding fixtures. Have you looked at either mounting them higher to allow a larger spread of illumination, or mounting multiple units side by side?

Subject: EXTERNAL: [TN] UV Cure Equipment

Good morning all,

I am looking for a benchtop UV cure station. We want to be able to cure a
16x16 inch area with UV flood lamps. I know of the ones from Dymax and Loctite, but the ones I see only do like an 8x8 or are free standing units.

Are there other manufacturers of UV cure equipment that you have worked with that may have equipment along these lines? Any recommendations?
