Hi Victor,
  If I understand your question correctly, you are asking if you have 2 wires in a shielded cable, or the wires are shielded, will they still maintain the same controlled impedance, etc. Survey says, "it depends". If the cables are crushed enough to change the position of the wires to the shield, then I would say yes, it could create an impedance bump or discontinuity in the cable and cause reflections and SI issues. If it were to be crushed very near one of the ends, it may not make a big difference, other than it might eventually fail, but even that would depend on the types of signals being sent through the lines. I would say that no matter what case you have, it's not a good idea to smash/crush a cable that much, it's just not going to last and will most likely fail prematurely. That's my story and I'm sticking to it... :-)  Good Luck.
