My esteemed colleague is referring to another of the half fractional
elements, Stupidium Su-54.5.  Because of its near proximity in the periodic
table to Xenon, it has the same undesirable neutron absorption
characteristics as Xenon.  It is very difficult to separate Xe from Su.  One
of the nasty side effects of Su is that is tends to temporarily knock 30-50
points of an individual’s overall IQ.  It has been determined that the
mineral springs in French Lick, Indiana, home of “Pluto Water”, has a very
high concentration of Stupidium, which explains both the term Pluto Water
and how you name a town French Lick.  I visited there once and it took me
months to get my reason back.  My wife says I never fully recovered.  As
Dave indicated the WADA has listed this as a prohibited substance.  As
everyone knows WADA is dedicated to eradicating anything that turns people
into Dopes and Stupidium certainly fits that bill.  Spectral analysis from
the Juno probe indicates a high amount of Su in the atmosphere of
Jupiter.  Funny
story – the planet Jupiter is named after the Roman King of the Gods,
Jupiter, the parallel of Zeus in Greek mythology.  Jupiter was originally
thought to be god of limited intellect and was commonly called Stupider by
the masses.  It was only due to a mis-translation by the Roman philosopher
Lucretius that it became Jupiter.  The four greatest concentrations of Su
in the world are: East Capitol St NE & First St SE, Washington DC;
Wiertzstraat 60, 1047 Brussel, Belgium; Daytona Beach, Florida (explains
spring break events), and Westminster London.  We don’t really have any
concrete evidence of who first refined or separated Su because one whiff
and you tend to either not write down your research, or only write it in
crayon, which no one takes seriously.
