Hi Guy,

Yes, I'm afraid you may be right. When you have a government who fully
supports it's manufacturing capabilities as strategic, and focuses great
effort in advancing and improving it's knowledge and technology, we'll
always be left behind unless we put forth the same effort. Things may be
changing though, we'll see...
