Oh yes, the element naming is always a interesting topic. EQAB tends to
just follow the IUPAC guidance. From Wiki:

The International Union of Pure and Applied Chemistry (IUPAC) adopted
aluminium as the standard international name for the element in 1990. In
1993, they recognized aluminum as an acceptable variant.

So EQAB would recognize both spellings as acceptable and not as technical
point of disqualification.
