agree.  BTC usually is body heavy, it is prefer to have little less  
solder (although you need heat sink) than normally calculated for the  
pad to prevent the floating of the part - the large pot of solder in  
the ground pad will prevent the lead contact if soaking/peak  
temperature zone is kept minimum... (which all the MFG engineer try  
to do to improve throughput).  If the part is floating, you may  
potentially have parts tilt... BTC, by design is used for high heat,  
high speed package (shortest interconnect)... you need good solder  
joints... high % voids is trouble some... IMHO.
