programmed flashes (boot roms for a big Xilinx FPGA and a big ARM
core µprocessor) got total amnesia but worked fine after
reprogramming. It was intensive 3D tomography because there was the
need for reverse engineering of the inner layers of the 12layer board
in total and especially the fanouts under a 0.5mm pitch BGA. As this
board was the last of its kind there are no statistics about yield or
late failures.
