I have found the same to be true Rich. I've visited a few facilities with
them up and running. They were sufficient for *their* use but they were
more or less using it to identify coating in coating-free areas only. The
coating is so judgemental and each customer seems to judge it differently
depending on what their "focus" is. I do know one customer who purchased
one to inspect boards for an aerospace OEM to reduce arguments on what is
good/bad that they were experiencing before.
