Subject: [TN] Element Quiz Question

Here is the Element Quiz Question:

The Question:

This element was once very important in electronics semiconductors but those applications have been replaced by silicon semiconductors. This element is a micro nutrient for animals and is found in infant formula. The largest commercial use of this element (nearly 50%) is for the production of glass. This element is rarely found in its elemental state in the Earth's crust. The addition of this element to steels and copper improve their machinability. Which element is being described?

Week 45 Leland Woodall

-You're a good guy, Frank. I can use them both to help me prepare for Christmas. I'm so far behind it's not even funny!

Week 45 Frank Kimmey, VeriFone Inc

- Leland, take 'em both, I have to travel next week and the boys can be a pain when by themselves (like getting into mischief)

Week 46 Ian Fox, Rolls-Royce Control Systems

- Oh goody, plenty of microsections to do on some long term thermal cycle samples so that will keep them busy for the week. And a happy new year to all in TechNet land.

Week 47 Fred Cox, Bluering Stencils

- Great! We can use the help here in South Jersey. The boys will have to hurry. Lots of stencils to get out. If they do a great job, maybe I'll take 'em to the Eagles victory over the Vikings.
