Thanks all for the responses. We will be running a selective solder and a wave solder off the N2 generator. The unit we are looking at is about $80k.

We have 2 SMT reflow ovens but don't run N2 into those yet.

Subject: [TN] Nitrogen generators

*External E-mail alert! Use caution before clicking links/attachments*

Hi Technetters,

We are thinking of switching from using bottled / tanked nitrogen for our soldering processes to getting a nitrogen generator. Looking for advice on what systems others are using and what they like / dislike about them. You can reply directly if you don't want to share with the list.

Thanks,

Blair

Anyone tried using the search tools from the web interface lately? I can't seem to get it to work.
