I've looked at Mill-Max, although it looks like they are specified as interconnect pins, I suppose that they could be used as locating pins. 



I've been on the ECT website on and off and never found alignment pins. Maybe I'll check again, perhaps even IDI as well

For the run of the mill stuff, I use primarily Mill-Max, Harwin or if I am working on one of their fixtures, Everett Charles also sells POGOs and alignment pins.  Also, INGUN and Smithsconnectors have various sizes and type of pins.

INGUN is German, but their webpage is much better in terms of English language than it used to be in the past.
