How do you not mash the paste from the first print?

Why not have a normal stencil with two images - do one end (while blocking off the other image)- then do the other - also helps with registration. It is what we do . Steve Kelly

I would automatically go to Great Lakes Stencils. They can do that.
Is there a possibility of fitting the image inside the stencil if placed diagonally?

Hey Technet

One of our customers has thrown me a curve ball, a simple LED board but they want it LONG. 24" long.

We aren't looking at building enough to justify any new equipment, so the challenge is can I build it with what we have, and we can - except for the stencil. Our stencil guys say the max they can fit onto our stencil is 23". We are using 29x29 frames (not adjustable, can not go larger, not buying a new screen printer).

Anyone know of a stencil supplier who can fit a 24" image on a stencil with a 29"x29" frame?
