I would like that information as well. Many of us are probably very interested. I have seen O2 sensors that can record in the parts per trillion, which is way more than what is needed to quickly test an oven or even things like the nitrogen blanket flowing over a tinning pot, but I have never been able to find one that was appropriate for those types of applications and didn't cost so much.

Subject: [TN] Reflow Oven Oxygen Sensor Help Requestq

Hi Team TechNet! Hey, I am looking for a reflow oven oxygen sensor that is "stand alone" and that I use to monitor/verify reflow oven oxygen levels (yes, we use a nitrogen blanket in our ovens on a number of applications) on multiple ovens. Ideally something along the lines of a hand held unit.

If anyone has any suggestions of such a system they like, please send them to me.

TIA
