I have convened a special meeting of the FEQAB and they have disqualified
my esteemed colleague's question.  When you put the answer in the question,
it's not really a question, now is it?  I am going to take this one and
frame it.  In 4 years of the exercise this is the first time he goofed.
Well, other than the weekly goofs of disqualifying me.
