Hello Ed - two comments:

(1) its just Dave! I am a working grunt with no special title.

(2) I am ultrasensitive to the fact Doug and I are in the US Central time
zone which puts many fellow TechNet members at ugly hours if I always send
the Element Quiz out at 7AM CST USA. I have and will be making sure that
the Element Quiz does go out at some ugly CST times so that folks in other
global time zones don't have to get up at "O Dark Hundred" or stay up at "O
Dark Too Late" to have fair participation in the Quiz.

I do not want to be the cause of you having a roadside discussion with a
member of law enforcement about the use of your cell phone! I imagine
explaining the half fractional elements could be a difficult task.

I'll be bouncing the Element Quiz around a bit over the next few weeks.

Dave
