Just like Ed said, it's right in the 830 handbook. It is a good predictor
of adhesion when dealing with a new product from my customers. Some
coatings/manufacturers do work much better than others when it comes to
"wetting" out. We find the older formulations the worst as they can't
change much and cause issues with requalifications.
