Oggetto: [TN] IPC documents for ThermalCycling & shock of SM Components

I seem to recall an IPC surface mount document of some type that told you
how to properly setup a thermal cycle/shock test.

Towards the end of that document there were some discussion on most
common failure modes for cycle versus shock .

Does anyone recall that document number??
