Hi Victor-

If you look around, I'll bet you can find tungsten wire in the 8-10mil range and standard "gage pin" kits are available that go down to 11 mils.

Tungsten is much better for the smaller diameters because it is a whole lot tougher.

Fellow TechNetters:

    I am searching for a vendor that provides PWB index pins in the diameter range of 8-20 mils.   This is for low quantities order of less than 100 pcs.   I even considered piano wire.   The desire length is 2 inches.
