Take a look at the IPC 7711/21C (rework/repair/modification Procedures).
start temp 315 and change up or down as necessary.

The IPC AJ-820  (handbook) will tell you to keep the temperature as low as
possible.

A good solder joint will take 3 seconds. If you solder less than 3 seconds
you have a wrong tip size or to high temp. If you need more than 3 seconds
you have to get a bigger tip (as possible) or change the temp (higher) or
use auxiliary heating.
