(1) rigid flex do if laminate using PSA
(2) PWB depends - Teflon do a bit, polyimide a little, epoxy not really.
(3) if you use water based diamond polishing and worry about the swelling,
why not use IPA based spray?  LECO type come in as spray can (75.00 USD
per can.. or more).
