Agree with the nest and v score.
Watch supplier meets criteria for centering v score in panel thickness.
Occasionally received panels with the score not centered.
Very easy to jump off score.

Have some spare panels to practice on.
Found operators flinching and ruining PCA's.
The rails are close to the blade when operator holds for cut.
Running the scrap panels gave them enough confidence to quickly run the
machine.

Double sided, watch out for knocking components off bottom side when
locating panel on blade.

I had a powered score machine and ran 2 passes per cut.
Significantly reduced the strain.

1.5mm Al much easier than the 1mm Cu.
