1.  The pH depends on how long it has been opened and how much CO2 has
escaped.  The nominal pH is 3.36.
2.  what kind of copper and what level of protection?
3.  Silicones should be chemical resistant enough to not be stained, at
least by diet dew.
4.  Well, I drink Diet Dew.  Hillman drinks Diet Coke.  Which do you figure
is more deranged?
