Unless the racks are uncoated metal and connected to electrical ground, I would not take a chance with those, even if you can replace them monthly.
That is another issue with using commercial or industrial dishwashing equipment.
And yes it does matter, because at some point you are going to load the CCAs into a dry rack.

I agree with Joyce, sorta.

Buy 2 of these @ ~ $200.00 and the first one might last 3-6 months. Throw it away and begin using the spare. Do the math, it's a good investment!

I know several CMs that do this so they don't tie up their inline cleaner, or have to change chemistries (like cleaning no-clean misprint).

what ever you do, don't get a industry dish washer... the gasket is not intend for sponifier and other chemicals (like flux residue).
