Fellow TechNetters:

   In the above documents I do not see anything regarding wire which were not cut during the preparation of the wire strip process.   Some wire tailing exhibit indentations of cut marks but did not fall off.   IMHO these wire tailing can fall off resulting in a potential short.   What is the verdict out there in techy land.
