Hi all pardon the plug but I may have a free solution to your issue with
photos.

1. Sign up for a google account or a gmail account. You can use your
corporate email if you want a single identity:
https://accounts.google.com/SignUpWithoutGmail?hl=en
2. Upload whatever photos you want to share to photos.google.com
3. Click "Share" then "Get Link" then "COPY" and paste the link into an
email like this one: https://goo.gl/photos/5a2rfR2MLdKqSGdh8

I took some screenshots of the sharing process, uploaded the picture, and
generated the link above.
