The one you want to talk to is Dock Brown with DfR Solutions in Maryland
(301-474-0607).  Dock is retired from a long career in the medical
electronics industry and he gave a fantastic keynote address on this topic
at the recent IPC SMTA Cleaning and Coating Conference.
