Hello All,

I have a question about smd assembly. In the attachment, there are five capacitors that mounted like POP. It's height is 10mm. Is there any constraint about height of smd components in the IPC-A-610 or any IPC.

We have a trouble about Reflow process for 10mm-component. Solder is not run towards to top and it happens cold solder.
