Our capacitor’s document like attachment. Firstly we applied solder paste (Amtech nws-4200 type-3) to pads then reflowed. I will apply your suggestion that “everything was done by hand except for the cap on the very bottom, it was machine placed.”
For Design for manufacturability (DFM), is it right height of component? I have not a dfm handbook. Anybody please send me a link for download the DFM handbook.

Five capacitors?! Wow, that's quite a stack! I worked with some ladies in the past where we did quad stacks and that was pretty tough, especially since they were 0402's. What size caps are you stacking? Do you dispense any solder paste on the terminations?
With the stacks that were done in the photo below we had to do it in two stages, we did the first layer of two capacitors and reflowed the board, then did the second layer of two capacitors and reflowed things one more time:

Yes, these are 0402's and everything was done by hand except for the cap on the very bottom, it was machine placed. Then paste was dispensed by hand on each cap termination and then the stacked cap was hand placed. I don't know what we paid those ladies, but it wasn't enough...
