I agree. Don't arbitrarily write off anybody just because their website does not mention something. 

Talk to them.

Find out how long, how often, level of experience, how was process validated, did it receive customer approval (NASA, Navy, etc.).

For some CEMs, attempting to list all of their expertise/capabilities/capacity would involve half of the available Internet/Cloud bandwidth.

I would simply ask because more than likely they just did not add addendums to the website listing. We do not specify it on our website because the addendums are a relatively recent addition and most websites do not get updated that often.
