We are putting together an assembly that must meet IPC-A-610 Rev F
inspection reqts for Clss III.

After SMT THOLE resistors, where the marking could be easily seen, were
hand soldered in to place. The entire assembly was washed and then
inspected. At this point it was noted that the bands were pretty much no
longer there.

The boards were tested and then conformally coated and shipped. The client
noted the defect of the missing resistor bands.

What would the call be?

Thanks
