Subject: [TN] ICT tester

Dear Technos,

I'm looking for a small, low-cost ICT tester (not the bed of nails). A
capacity of 300 test points would be more than enough. The machine would be
used for basic impedance test, no JTAG. Does anyone have a product to
recommend?

I've found the TR5001T in-circuit tester made by Test Research inc. Does
anyone had already used this equipment?

Thanks!
