Try printing the PDF via Microsoft XPS Document Writer. Then see if you can copy and paste the .xps file into Word.

Hi Phil,
I thought it was Keach, but I don't know for sure now. I'm having trouble trying to go to the regular IPC web page at www.IPC.org , but the listserver seems to be working....weird.
I was trying to get the IPC-1710 word document, does anybody have a copy that they can email to me? I've tried using google to find one, but all I can find are *.pdf ones that you can't edit.
