…and to back-up what Dave reports, please note that ALL the test fluxes for J-STD-002 and 003 were originally developed by Multicore.

We still make these named with both the original SMNA - Actiec 2 = IPC Flux #1 and Actiec 5 = IPC Flux #2

I mention this because we continue to have a large number of users who still order Actiec Fluxes in place of the IPC variants.

Also for all you history buffs, the original pure W/W Rosin SMNA, after an investigation that would have foxed Sherlock Holmes, is derived from SMYRNA, in old Anatolia, Izmir today. The pine trees produced an excellent resin with great consistency from season to season.
