It probably doesn't, but if the pins are bent you cannot mate the connector properly, and when that happens the signal integrity is the least of your worries!

Best would be a profilometer that puts a magnified shadow of the installation on a screen were you can easily measure the angle.

How to inspect pin slant after pin insert in to PCB hole by auto-insert machine? The requirement of slant is +/-3 degree. Which kind of machine can do this inspection?
