Hi.

I'm new to the forum and hope my request make sense.

When using jumper wires on PCB, besides other directives IPC recommend 
to put adhesive spot at least every 25.4mm.

My basic question: is there any recommendation about what kind of 
glue/adhesive to use ?

Any suggestion will help.
