Hello Juliano,
We are a licensed manufacturer of SN100C alloy. There are many studies and published papers which compare the properties and reliability of SN100C vs. SAC305. I would be happy to give you the details about it off-line.
Best regards,

Subject: [TN] SAC x SN100C
Hi to all,
What are the differences about SAC305/0307 vs SN100C (reliability criteria and process specification)?
I read about SAC0307 and SAC305 and the article shown that SAC0307 is better about Drop Shock but the SAC305 is better about Thermal Cycle. I would like the same comparison about SAC vs SN100C.
Thank you a lot
