Not sure why a Sn label appears at 0.3keV??

As you know, there exist more than a few peak overlaps and Sn-Ca is
classic, fyi.. CaKα 3.7keV, CaLα0.3, SnLα 3.4

I recommend a rescan point and ID, much higher mag, and increase your
accelerating voltage so you can look at binding energies in 10keV+ range..
