>agree, I guess they lack of air worthy certification.  Not sure if the
design allow the modulization, if it is intended to repair, it should be
just a simple replace with certification of less than 48 hr ground time. 
Repeated failure without r&o is very troublesome.
 An FRU with 23 fault notices in 12 months........and it's still being
