ps. Apple CEO said lack of skill labour is one of the reason the MFG moved oversea.  Not totally disagree.  The hands on type for the SMT and SMA are hard to come by... The trend start 80s... Any chance to re-vamp the MFG base?  (the material Genome program did wonder for cyber alloy design, the future might be better for materials, any such luck for electronics?).
