Allflex or Sheldahl are two that come to mind.

Subject: [TN] looking for a bare flex manufacturer

Good day!
One of our customers is looking at going to a flex for a new design, and we need to find a (preferably north american) supplier of the bare flex. Anyone have any recommendations? (if you are recommending yourself please keep it off TechNet and email me direct).

Per the customer, "it will be 4 layers, with high speed differential traces with impedance matching (5Gbps)".
