Hello Folks,

 

We need to prepare the our site to implement the Lead Free process. What are
the advices about this implementation, about Stencil, Screen Printer,
Reflow, AOI, SPI, Wave Solder, etc…?

 

What are most common defects in the lead free process, main in the beginning
in the implementation?

 

Our equipments reflow, wave solder rework station are capable to Lead Free
process.
