Folks,

Is there a set of standards governing SMD component tape and reel packaging?  I'm specifically interested in pocket dimensions for various sizes of chip resistors and two leaded diodes.  We recently had Panasonic in to help with some process improvement items, and they seemed to think that a contributing cause to our inverted rejects was due to oversized pockets.
