Hi all:

IPC-2222A table 9-5 have defined PTH Diameter to Lead Diameter Relationships. 
The relationships described as  " Minimum hole to minimum lead diameter ", and " Minimum hole to maximum lead diameter ".
But why not  "Maximum hole to minimum lead diameter" and " Minimum hole to maximum lead diameter "? 
Is it a clerical mistake?
