Purchase a copy of IPC 9850, "Surface Mount Placement Equipment Characterization". Just $75 from your local IPC supermarket. www.ipc.org.

Here is the table of contents:

It provides information on just how good is good for pick/place machines.
But as others have pointed out, this assumes good machine and feeder maintenance and set-up practices. Without those, all bets are off.
